Kann durch eine technische und stadtplanerische Optimierung unter Einbeziehung von Infrastruktursystemen der Siedlungswasserwirtschaft ein ausgegliche-ner W\u00e4rme-\/K\u00e4ltehaushalt innerhalb eines Stadtquartiers erreicht werden?<br>&#8211;
